Mani Agro Chem Private Limited had been started as a small manufacturing unit in Tamilnadu in the year 1992 by our Managing Director V.R.Mani. From retail unit to one of the leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate involved consistent hard work and constant innovation.

• Provided personal protection equipment like protective gloves, glasses, helmets, shoes, and clothing for all the employees
• Fencing has been done in all the required places
• Protection cover provided to centrifuge running belt
• Safety grills provided in crystallizer platforms

• Provided separate valve in front of the dryer to avoid contamination

Quality

• The raw material suppliers are approved by analysis and by suppliers certificate.
• The raw material supplies are checked by quality personnel in every supply before inward.
• We have dedicated equipment for the manufacturing process and the batch homogeneity is appropriately checked and validated by our Quality Personnel.
• The laboratory is well equipped with enough instruments for the needed analysis.
• The specification of the product is analysed at each manufactured lot and the retain samples are stored.
• The pallets are heat treated and checked for moisture at every stage of packing.
