The success of the company lies primarily in the health and safety of the workers and Mani Agro Chem always believe and ensure this at the workplace. Personal protection equipment is provided to all the workers to ensure safety. The risk areas are well protected.

The employees are well trained in handling and safety procedures. The hazardous substances are isolated in separate storage areas and the laboratories are safe and well maintained.

Employees are consulted on regular intervals on health and safety issues to assess the risks at the workplace and to identify and control hazards.

The work environment and work practices are continuously re-surveyed to ensure a safe workplace. All the equipment and tools are regularly checked to ensure that they are well maintained and safe to use.
